Most packages come as stated with regards to delivery and returns...so I am happy with most of my experiences. However I placed a large order yesterday and for some of the products was told it would be delivered today..not done...so I called and spoke to one person....whom I had difficulty hearing and understanding my request...and the same for the supervisor...taking an hour to try and resolve my issue...but no....will be delivered now some time between Oct 18-24 ! No help from Amazon....with my hearing and an email request. I now have adjusted my modem so I hope hearing will be better... I requested a supervisor call me...but not done either....When I tried to call back ...3 times....Amazon hung up on me....this is why I give a 3 rating.

TRhis is the worst customer service i have ever recieved I tried to tell them that canada post is on strike but they could not understand this. # times i called and got nowere even asked them if i could rebuy the item that is shipped with pulorator. They told me no its all canada post now so i will get my item refunded and buy somewhere else so they lost a sale. Im also cancelling my prime membership dosnt do any good to me Sad amazon canada has went this bad

Ordering was easy as always, the website is simple to use and checkout was quick. The only downside was shipping.I had to wait a bit longer than expected and the tracking updates weren’t super clear. The item arrived in good shape though, so overall not bad, just a little slower than I hoped.

Before the covid pandemic the driver use to ring the bell and give you the package in your hand now Amazon does not need to give any respect to the customers anymore perhaps because Amazon is too big and customers have no meaning at all, even I include the request just to ring the doorbell, the request have no meaning.

Amazon made it hard to buy from them. I tried to sign in my account using a computer and it wouldn't allow me. I got a pop up to scan the QR code using my device. I didn't have my phone and could buy want I want. It was easy to drive the the nearby town and get what I want from a store in Town.

Not very happy lately with Amazon, I never had many issues, but lately, the home page has changed not giving you a delivery date, I get we will notify you when your order is ready, well loke when ilI have order two things a week ago or so, still no delivery status it said they had items in stock? Where for God sakes? It doesn't state Prime beside order. I dont know what's going on but if this continues, good bye Amazon Prime.

Had an issue, my phone was stolen. I asked customer service to close my account. They complied 🙂 And it took about 3 minutes. Thank you so much, I was getting ripped off by some douche bags. Thanks again Amazon! You guys are great! Sincerely, 🙂Mark Alexander Dobson 🙂 ✌👻

Have been an Amazon Prime member for years. There are many great products & shipping is fast and reliable for most items. Unfortunately, as can be the case when companies grow, service is going downhill. Amazon in the past was extremely good at refunding for items that did NOT meet the advertised product. Recently made a purchase ($100 for a table pad protector) which was extremely poor quality & have had the biggest run around from Amazon. The seller expects purchaser to a) pay for return shipping b) insure pkg c) instructions included advise buyer most likely will NOT receive refund!!!! Between 8 e-mails & 8 phone calls keep receiving the same run around. Shame on Amazon for allowing 3rd party sellers & NOT clearly advertising this in the sellers ads. STEER CLEAR from Amazon if you can buy local & pay a few cents more - you will be thankful not having to deal with false advertising.

I purchased a yeti When it arrived it would not work; wouldn't keep things cold or hot Therefore it was defective. It happens from time to time however when I went to return it I had to pay $17 shipping. Really. I had to pay to return their defective product.. I went to a local store and purchased one. Lesson learned

Totally messed up my prime delivery and customer service has no agency for anything. Delivery is extremely delayed and no help is offered. Amazon Canada gives Amazon a bad name, will never purchase here again.

I ordered two jigsaw puzzles and a mat from Amazon. Very shortly after I submitted the order I cancelled one of the puzzles. Immediately Amazon charged my credit card with $9.02. I used their Chatbot to ask about this charge and was told it was a mistake and would be refunded within 24 to 48 hours. That did not happen even when I waited 4 days. I managed to talk to someone about this. I could barely understand this person because of a very strong accented speech. Perhaps customer service is being done outside of North America? I asked her to email me. She did and said the refund would take several days depending on my credit card company. Refund never did appear even 10 days later. I tried to call Amazon back but was not able to get anyone on the phone and kept being directed back to a Chatbot. I closed my Amazon account at this point, not because of the $9.02 but because of very poor customer service. They have the best selection of products and speedy delivery and fair prices. However I can’t tolerate such complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
