It seems that since COVID is under control, Amazon.ca has gone down hill rapidly. Parcels arrive late and damaged. Unauthorized subscription renewals. Web site is a joke. I have been trying to Cancel my subscription for 3 months now but with no success.
Much better results with Amazon.com
