I pay for Prime Delivery service.
Specific instructions on my account.
Prime drivers don’t read them and constantly deliver to the wrong address and location.
Their customer service promises to fix this but never does anything.
Regular delivery drivers have no issue following the delivery instructions.
Amazon offers nothing in compensation and just ongoing platitudes and promises with no follow up or improvement.
Obviously they don’t care about their customers!!
