In the past Amazon Canada's customer service was impeccable, now is terrible; customer always have to wait.
Been waiting for days, even weeks for them to proceed refunds or replays from sellers... received damaged product , smashed in a ripped box but I have to wait for the seller to approve the refund. WTH ...THEY WILL SEE ME BY LESS AND LESS FROM THEM!!!
