Amazon decided to ship me n item that couldn't be farther from what I ordered. I placed an order for an item shipped by amazon.ca, and because they can't keep an accurate inventory of the stock they have to ship I was sent a silicone child's toy as a placeholder item. So instead of updating their stock properly, they will send you a random item just to say they sent you something. Even though I filed for a refund already, the customer service rep I spoke to basically told me Amazon isn't willing to offer any sort of credit for their mistake. I would have been nice to have the item I ordered at this time, but now I'll have to place another order and wait for delivery again all because Amazon isn't able to take stock properly. Be careful when ordering items shipped by Amazon, chances are they don't have it in stock and can't be bothered to update the inventory.
