Have received notice that returned item has been received and cost of item will be forwarded to me as a gift card. Nothing happening, no return of funds and Amazon won't acknowledge it even though they sent messages acknowledging their receipt of the item. Returned because it was broken wine glasses that was shipped with no packaging.
