They closed my account, and cannot find it. I lost thousands in audiobooks, and unable to exchange anything, etc . .
Customer service is beyond useless, endless transfers and different departments. There is no one that can take accountability or do anything, and after two weeks I am still waiting for an "account specialist" to contact me --- they assured me it would be 24 hours.
