Customer service is excellent but obviously they have logistics problems. I have had ups and downs with Amazon over the years but never complained. I usually order things to my business and have a very clear delivery instructions. It seems the delivery people lately don't read/follow the instructions. In a four-week period, they failed to deliver 6 out of 8 orders !
I had one last issue today when the order status changed from shipped to undeliverable. Although I was on the phone with customer service inquiring about unusual tracking information and the gentleman stated that my order is out of delivery and would arrive at 8 pm, which is 2 hours beyond the delivery time window. 2 minutes later he informed me that the items were damaged and my order had to be returned to the fulfillment center (what a lame excuse). Oh I forgot to mention that this order was supposed to be delivered yesterday!
Amazon's performance declined since Jeff removed his brain from his head and put it in his D I C K. Maybe I am nobody to him, but remember Jeff that there are people like me who helped you get into that position, and we can reverse it. it is only a matter of time.
