Since at least 6 months back Amazon has changed their policy for Prime members,
now quite frequently they are adding shipping costs or if you want to buy the same item one day shipping would cost you more money than 3 or 4-day delivery for Prime members I think it's time to look for local suppliers, And the customer service it's not the same as it used to be.
