Customer Service i terrible. I cannot get the right service. Instead of getting help. I get stress and frustration asking for help.
Customers service agents are not well trained. Not knowledgeable enough. Low comprehension. They cannot understand the concern. You have to explain 3-4x before they get it and still provide a different resolution.
