I ordered an item yesterday and immediately realised it was a mistake so I naturally requested a cancellation without wasting anytime. The only message appeared on my profile was" attempting to cancel we will inform you by email"
Today having seen no reply or any sign I spoke to a customer agent who said it was not possible to cancel, very disappointed and don't think this site is worth my money. Thanks God we have enough choice so deleted my account and moving on to find a normal customer satisfaction oriented company for my future purchases.
