Absolutely horrible customer service. Delivery times are now slower than all other major retailers (who don't charge an inflated membership). Trying to resolve issues has become excruciating, as they have apparently outsourced their customer service department and you will be forced to speak with 2-3 agents who do not comprehend what you're saying.
Amazon, af one time was a very cost effective and reliable retailer. Those days are gone. We have cancelled our prime membership after 7 years of holding a membership.
