Yet, another Prime package that failed to arrive after taking 11 days to ship it (sold and shipped by Amazon). They take no accountability and make no effort to rectify. This is now the 5th package in the past 30 days that failed to arrive and we didn't even learn about it until we checked our status and realized that the item was "undeliverable" an hour before the deadline.
We will be cancelling our membership, after 7 years of being prime customers.
