Ordered and received a e-bike which I paid over $1500.00 for. The bike has 14 miles on it. And no longer takes any charge. The seller will do nothing(nancys shop), the manufacturer(Avantrek) will not help because it wasn’t ordered directly through them. Contacted Amazon customer service 6 times over the past 2 month’s and was very much reassured each time that they would definitely take care of the problem and refund me my money through the a to z guarantee. Every time I receive an email denying my refund. The customer service rep escalated every time after reassuring me again I will definitely be receiving a refund. Finally talked to a manager who said my best bet is to contact my credit card for a refund. Amazon.ca is a joke! Never again!
