Amazon.ca is getting worse and worse every year !
Poor customer service, chat agents are a bunch of incompetent, liars and unhelpful.
They will never try to solve the issues, instead they will copy and paste the answer from their script.
Orders are often delivery very late or never arrive after weeks waiting !
I avoid to order from Amazon as less as possible !
