I used to love Amazon's customer service but, like many big companies, they have now put into practice a service that basically evades serving customers. Yes, you can speak with an agent by requesting they contact you but they are generally not knowledgeable and unable to help. I am thinking seriously about not using Amazon any more and definitely cancelling my Prime membership. My last order will take over a week to arrive and the agents cannot tell me why! Why am I paying Prime fee!
