I had to buy a dash cam twice, the first camera turned on and off by itself, I had to return it, the second dash cam I bought again , was used and the wires were open and even the memory card of the pervious persons was there and not deleted. Amazon did not even bother to check this camera before resend it.
such things makes customers unhappy and worrying about future purchases.
