I and my wife bought a Truck Garmin GPS , 8’’, LMT for almost $800. When I received the product, it would not turn on . I tried to charged but it would not charged. So I asked Amazon. Ca to send me the bar code to send it back. When I got it I went to UPS and they told me I had to pay $52 to send it back and that I should insure the package since it supposed to be a valuable package for $30 more. I had to pay $92 for a nonfunctional GPS ( probably I was not told about it). It was not my fault that Amazon. Ça send me a damaged item. I am so upset, since I trust Amazon. Ca and they send me a piece of junk. And I could not use it in my trip. I also lost my trust to Amazon.ca!
