Amazon prime is getting pathetic and pulling a Netflix. You cannot access your account on another device without getting suspended. They send codes through email/cell and instead of troubleshooting the problem once you have proven your identity, it completely suspends your account and forces you to call customer service. It’s inconvenient and unnecessary for Amazon to do this. God forbid a customer wants to go on their laptop or tablet or have their spouse order themselves something.
