Been a long time very frequent customer. They do not want to talk to you as obvious with their menu jail.
Up until 2 days ago I got a 3 hr delivery window and the # of stops away before my stop. That has all stopped.
What does it take to ring a door bell. Drivers just throw the pkgs on the front steps even behind the door so you cant open the door. Shame on your customer service
