I was disconnected 3 times by amazon service because I was upset. but who wouldn't be upset being disconnected.3 timesThey did not follow through with my problem which I am sure is not that difficult. but they kept saying oh yes yes I see and then I get disconnected.
This is NOT customer service and I will curtail my extensive amazon account today.
