Amazon was great until I placed a claim for damages under their A-Z Guarantee. They asked for info so I sent them pics, invoices etc as requested. Since then they have sent same email 4 times and I have resent all the info 4 times. It looks like it's all automated & no-one actually reads your claim. They are hoping to wear you down to discourage you from proceeding. Shameful.
PS: you have to reply & resubmit within 72 hrs - otherwise, they dismiss your case
