Ordered $1000.00 phone on prime 1 day did not deliver. no contact information for delivery co. on order, even though they say there is! Amazon customer service a joke!! try to get a hold of someone....... one person told me no problem. will make special order to deliver that day, then transferred me to the MOST RUDEST PERSON on Live Chat (Fazal) who basically told me to go pound sand, will cancel my order and expect a refund of approx. $1033.00 for Visa within 7 to 10 days.. for something I never received!! Seriously, 2 days later, still not received!! will cancel and buy elsewhere at better price.! YOU A JOKE AMAZON!
