I was promised an extension by multiple Amazon reps while I waited for a reply from the seller. I wanted to give Amazon and the seller the opportunity to solve the issue. I was promised there were notes in my file. I was promised that the calls were recorded. I also rebooked Intelcom for the Pelican bag that was not picked up as scheduled by Amazon. I was told they'd come Sat at 10. Now I'm told Intelcom doesn't pick up on Saturdays. I am told that all of the reps put no notes in my file. I was told that it is against policy to listen to the quality assurance recordings. I can no longer be a customer of Amazon due to all of this cheating. Amazon has changed their treatment of customers and I am now forced to return anything I can and end the business.
