Absolutely Disgusted – Never Received My Order
I’m beyond fed up. I ordered an item and, once again, Amazon’s delivery person left it in front of the building, instead of bringing it up to my apartment on the third floor. They didn’t even bother to ring the bell—how hard is it to press a button so I know my package is outside?
This isn’t just a one-time mistake. This happens to me EVERY SINGLE MONTH. I’ve lost count of how many times I've gone downstairs to find my package already stolen or gone. It's like Amazon thinks the hallway is a safe locker. News flash: it’s not.
To make things worse, this time Amazon refused to refund me because I had a few previous refunds. As if it's my fault their delivery process is a complete joke. I'm being punished for their repeated negligence.
How about fixing your system instead of blaming loyal customers? If this is a common issue, maybe it’s time to rethink your delivery policies instead of acting like the customer is the problem.
I’m officially done with Amazon. This platform has become completely unreliable, and I refuse to waste any more money on items that never even reach me.
