HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Amazon.ca is a joke! There is no customer service....really! They do not physically have a Canadian Customer Service “CHAT”, “E-MAIL” or “PHONE” service anymore. Although they can be selected online from their “Contact us” button....NONE OF THEM WORK!
SHAME ON YOU ..SENIOR MANAGEMENT AT AMAZON.CA!
You need to take some pointers from your US colleagues at Amazon.com. At least they have a real customer service.
As a PRIME MEMBER I placed an order on March 28th with a delivery date of April 28th to May 12th....so here we sit 47 days later with no product....no current tracking information and no Customer Service to process a refund.
Breach of Contract per Sales of Goods Act (Canada)?
All I can say is BUYERS BEWARE.....AMAZON IS NOT WHAT IT ONCE WAS. TO TRUST IN WHAT WAS ONCE CONSIDERED REPUTABLE BY MANY CANADIAN CONSUMERS IS GONE!
