I bought an iPhone case via Amazon, I got an email saying it had been delivered through my letterbox. No delivery at my address but about a week later a kind lady from several streets away whom I do not know, rang my door bell to ask it this package was intended for me! I was not able to contact Amazon or the seller "FYY" plus I was blocked from leaving a review.
At the time of ordering they insisted I open an account and provide personal details and store my card number, Frustrated I inadvertently clicked to join Amazon Prime for free deliveries at £7.99 a month. it later took me some considerable time to cancel Prime. If it hadn't been for the honesty of this lady, I would never have received the iPhone case intended as a present for my wife. Nothing wrong with the case but Amazon is another matter, customer service simply does not exist. I hate Amazon and will never buy from them again. I advise you do so at your peril. You should be able to buy as a guest on all websites. If you walk into a shop and don't like it you simply walk out again, so buyer beware Amazon or so big, they don't give a toss about you or I,
