“Recently purchased a number of hand tools via their website. As you'd expect, everything arrived on time and some even earlier. All products were packaged well as you've come to expect from this company.”
“Wanted to close my account and remove my details. It was almost impossible. I spent almost an hour arguing on the phone with them, explaining it was a work related address and bank account that I could not replace with new details at that point. I honestly believe they just harvest data from customers at every opportunity.”
“Been a customer for many years and highly recommend. Love being able to order at destination of my choice and being able to pick up at my convenience also being able to return without any quibbles is fantastic IMO.”
“They have been very good I can’t fault them working all the hours they do and there politeness while we have this Covid-19 going on I can only praise them.”
“I bought an iPhone case via Amazon, I got an email saying it had been delivered through my letterbox. No delivery at my address but about a week later a kind lady from several streets away whom I do not know, rang my door bell to ask it this package was intended for me! I was not able to contact Amazon or the seller "FYY" plus I was blocked from leaving a review.
At the time of ordering they insisted I open an account and provide personal details and store my card number, Frustrated I inadvertently clicked to join Amazon Prime for free deliveries at £7.99 a month. it later took me some considerable time to cancel Prime. If it hadn't been for the honesty of this lady, I would never have received the iPhone case intended as a present for my wife. Nothing wrong with the case but Amazon is another matter, customer service simply does not exist. I hate Amazon and will never buy from them again. I advise you do so at your peril. You should be able to buy as a guest on all websites. If you walk into a shop and don't like it you simply walk out again, so buyer beware Amazon or so big, they don't give a toss about you or I,”
