I considered myself a lifelong Prime member with Amazon.com. Then I moved to Europe. Amazon.de has been a lot more problematic overall, and recently they veered into actual fraud - they sent an email instructing me to pay for the return shipping of an item, promising that they would reimburse me. Then they flatly refused to do so!
