🤡 Thanks to Amazon.de for such funny entertainment! Christmas is coming soon, so if you like to play the Secret Santa game, I highly recommend you to play it with Amazon.de. It's simple and very exciting! You only have to pay for IPhone here on Amazon.de web and the game starts! You wait for Secret Santa and dream about what he will bring you. In my case it was … a digital multimeter))))). But maybe you will be more lucky). Then you start to call and write e-mails, chatting with Amazon.de, that Secret Santa was wrong and you were waiting for a prepaid IPhone, you send photos and videos. It can take 7 hours or more. Like in many games you have to listen to hints and choose what to do. You can be advised to go to police and claim about Santa, or you can be promised that a new replacement will be issued and you will receive new IPhone till 4 p.m. next day latest, or you can be advised to pay same price again and start a new game)). After 7 hours of the game you will receive an e-mail, that the game is over and your prepaid IPhone can not be delivered, and it does not matter that you have paid for it and you need it urgent as present for a special occasion. Nevertheless you still occupy yourself with the game, you continue to spend your time, maybe 1 hour to go to DHL to return this magical Digital Multimeter, which you did’t order, but who cares about that? As soon as you have paid, all problems caused by the seller are only your problems. Happy End, you have nothing to present for a birthday and you don’t have money.)) You have to wait for refund 14+ days… It is really very funny! All roles performed especially by Amazon.de employees, including courier, no third party! I would evaluate this game with 5 stars, but, I deducted 2 stars for not explaining the rules of the game before the purchase was made. It should be written that Amazon can not guarantee delivery because IPhone can simply be stolen be Amazon.de employees. And I also deducted 2 stars for dishonest Customer Service Support. When Customer Service employee says, that he is sorry, it is supposed to mean that he realizes his mistake and will correct it immediately, so he doesn’t cause problems for the client. However, doing nothing about the situation doesn’t seem like being genuinely sorry, so please say honestly, that you don’t care. Sorry, only one star for your exciting game! Rhetorical question, why are you, Amazon.de, selling items, that you cannot guarantee to deliver? It is real SHAME on Amazon.de! 🤡

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich heiße Tyshchenko Sergii. Ich habe ein Problem mit dem Gerät, das von mir bei Amazon gekauft wurde. Die Bestellungsnummer ist 306-9439198-5647508. Das ist Laptop HP. Ich habe einen Defekt mit einem USB-EINGANG gefunden und ich habe am 11.10.2024 um 16:23 Uhr meinem Verkäufer geschrieben. Am 11.10.2024 um 18:29 Uhr hat mein Verkäufer mir geschrieben, dass ich mein Gerät zur Überprüfung einsenden kann. Am 21.10.2024 um 15:10 Uhr hat mein Verkäufer mir geschrieben, dass er mein Gerät erhalten hat. Am 28.10.2024 um 11:20 Uhr hat mein Verkäufer geschrieben, dass er keinen Defekt gefunden hat. Am 28.10.2024 um 17:40 Uhr habe ich dem Verkäufer ein Foto mit dem Defekt geschickt. Am 08.11.2024 um 10:10 Uhr hat der Verkäufer geschrieben, dass der Defekt existiert und dass ich schuldig bin und dass ich für die Reparatur bezahlen soll. Am 11.11.2024 um 10:35 Uhr habe ich von meinem Verkäufer die Rechnung für die Reparatur bekommen. Die Summe beträgt 439,00 Euro. Ich habe ca. 8 Mal mit Amazon Service telefoniert. Jedes Mal erklärte ich mein Problem und erhielt jedes Mal die gleiche Antwort, dass sie den Verkäufer kontaktieren würden und ich mein Geld für das Gerät zurückbekäme und dass ich nur 2 Tage warten müsste. Dann noch zwei Tage und noch zwei Tage... Ich warte immer noch. Heute habe ich um 11:39 Uhr wieder mit Amazon Service telefoniert. Der Mitarbeiter hat mir gesagt, dass er mit meinem Verkäufer telefoniert hat und dass ich noch 2 Tage warten muss. Heute um 11:34 Uhr hat mein Verkäufer geschrieben, dass er keine konkreten Angaben von Amazon erhalten hat. Um 12:04 Uhr hat er geschrieben, dass er auf die Rückmeldung von Amazon wartet. Am 29.11.2024 habe ich wieder mit Amazon telefoniert und eine Mitarbeiterin, die mit mir gesprochen hat, hat mir gesagt, dass es keine Garantie von Amazon bei dem Verkäufer ist und Amazon kann nichts machen. I purchased three similar items from Amazon Germany and combined shipping. Although it took a while to complete the order, once the order was marked as shipped, it arrived surprisingly quickly and much earlier than the revised estimated arrival date. The goods arrived in near perfect condition, the only damage being to the goods packaging. The items bought look and work fantastic and as described. The only problem being that, although each item was bubble wrapped, they were quite loosely packed in the box with very little filler, and the box suffered some damage in transit. This resulted in a small crack in the plastic display lid of one of the items. A minor issue for me seeing as I won't be using the plastic display packaging. A great transaction apart from the packaging.

Amazon.de if i dont gonna receive the full refund within 4 weeks/if i within 4 weeks dont have received an reliable update about my full refund than i will go to the cops to make an case. I have nothing to hide for the cops i have more than enough proof for the cops that amazon and her marketplace sellers are automatically scaming good trusted customers. Amazon.de have blocked my amazon acount. They claim that i have received to much refunds. Well all these refunds and/or replacements were all given to me without any force it was all given to me for damaged and/or not complete items and/or wrong items and/or items that dont fits to the Amazon condition guidelines for used and/or new items . I contackted the Amazon acount specialist to explain them that have the right to the fullest to receive an full refund because the order was AUTOMATICALLY returned by DHL because i refused to pick up this order at the DHL pickup point because i had chosen for an delivery at my home address and DHL was not showing up at my home address. The acount specialist have explaind: that the order is on its way to the Amazon return centre and soon as the order is procesed than i will automatically gonna receive an full refund and this process can take up to 4 weeks,in this case it takes longer than expected,we will write you back soon as the returned order is procesed,an refund only can made if the correct order is returned. I responded back to the Amazon acount specialist to ask them to give me an profecional reliable answer i asked them what is it gonna be is it 4 weeks or does it takes longer than 4 weeks before i have my full refund,i also have explaind them that they ofcourse only gonna receive the correct order only if they have dispached the correct order and in this case its no longer any of my concerns if this order gets lost and/or damaged during the return transport simply because of the fact that i never physicaly have touched this order nor that i even ever have seen this order physicaly.They sended me the exact same message back and they ended the message with: we might not respond to any of your further messages. I responded back to explain them if i dont gonna receive an profecional reliable answer within 4 weeks/if i dont have received an full refund within 4 weeks that i will go the cops. They sended me the exact same message and now they explaind:we are truly sory that you have to go to the cops and we can't no longer discus this problem further. Ofcourse i have responded back and until today i still dont have received any e-mail message from the Amazon.de acount specialist.It all shows and proofs that amazon is very incompetend. In my first message i have sended the Amazon.decacount specialist all of the needed proof of this order. These 4 weeks are allredy started since the date that i have received the DHL e-mail message about this returned order. I check each day my bank account and the refund is still not transferd to my bank account. I understand that these 4 weeks not finished/ended yet so i will wat for my full refund. I have also made online reviews on other reviews websites about this same problem ofcourse with ATTACHED PROOF and MUCH MORE ONLINE REVIEWS WITH ATTACHED PROOF WILL FOLLOW. I gonna make online reviews with attached proof on every possible online review website worldwide to discuss this problem. I also gonna complain tru stiftung warentest ofcourse with ATTACHED PROOF. Also because of the falls accusations i dont wanted to have this order any longer so also because of that i have refuced to pick up the order at the DHL pickup point. I advice anyone to only pay tru an iban banking payment method or creditcard because in both cases you can booking the payment back when problems like these are happening. However an Iban banking payment method for this order was not allowed by amazon.de. if i dont have my full refund within 4 weeks than i will also gonna contact my payment provider wich is Ideal than i will send Ideal all of the needed proof and i will explain them everything. Amazon.de is trying to keep my refund/money bud i wont alows it that amazon.de is trying to keep the money that i have spend on this returned order plain and simple. I also have asked the Amazon.de acount specialist why it takes longer than expected before i have my full refund and they refuse to give me any explanation. Its very disrespectfull and very rude to treat me like this. All of the needed proof/clear screenshots like all of the DHL e-mail messages, proof of Ideal payment,proof of this amazon.de order is all send to the Amazon.de acount specialist. I have also explaind to the Amazon.de acount specialist that i can live with these 4 weeks before i have received my full refund bud i CAN'T LIVE WITH THE THOUGHTS THAT AMAZON.DE REFUSES TO EXPLAIN ME HOW MUCH MORE LONGER TIME THAN 4 WEEKS IT DOES TAKES BEFORE I HAVE RECEIVED MY PROMISED FULL REFUND. I STILL DONT HAVE RECEIVED ANY ANSWER FROM THE AMAZON.DE ACOUNT SPECIALIST. Terrible store - unbelievable decline in service quality. The order was split into several sections. Not a single one arrived. I contacted customer support, and the responses were even worse - scripted replies, zero interest in you and your order. The customer support from the Czech Republic lied to me, saying the order didn’t arrive due to a block on funds in my bank, but the international support started refunding my money in parts. For a while, my profile showed that the order was lost, and then any information about the orders disappeared. I still haven’t received all my funds. My wife placed an order right after, unfortunately before I could warn her… it’s been 2 weeks and it hasn’t arrived either. I am totally disgusted with Amazon DE. I will never place an order through this primitive store again. They used to be OK, everything worked… now nothing

Finger weg von generalüberholten Produkten auf Amazon! Ich bin absolut entsetzt über meine Erfahrung mit Amazon, der Versicherungsgesellschaft und Microsoft. Ich habe ein generalüberholtes Surface Pro 4 zusammen mit einer erweiterten Garantie gekauft, in dem Glauben, eine sichere Investition zu tätigen. Was für ein Fehler! Nach nur wenigen Monaten begann das Display, das Bild zu verdoppeln, was das Gerät völlig unbrauchbar macht. Seit drei Monaten werde ich nun von den Mitarbeitern von Amazon, der Versicherungsgesellschaft und Microsoft hin- und hergeschoben. Anstatt zu ihren Produkten und Dienstleistungen zu stehen, spielen sie ein frustrierendes Pingpong-Spiel, bei dem jeder die Verantwortung auf den anderen abwälzt. Diese ganze Tortur war ein absoluter Albtraum. Die sogenannte Garantie ist ein Witz, und jetzt sitze ich mit einem kaputten Gerät und einem leeren Portemonnaie da. Wenn Sie Ihr Geld und Ihre Nerven schätzen, kaufen Sie diese Produkte NICHT. Es ist ein kompletter Betrug, und wenn etwas schief geht, stehen Sie im Regen. Ich hoffe, meine Bewertung bewahrt andere davor, in diese Falle zu tappen. Vorsicht, Käufer!k

My parcel arrived in good conditions & the original tape was still on. The problem was that inside the parcel there’s a box and in that box… the box was empty. The did the “specialist investigation” and decided to tell me to cal the police or go to police station since they suspect the third party was stole ??? The parcel was sold by Amazon… Amazon Germany.. they told me twice to go to the police station instead of helping with solving.

Horrible experience. I'm from Israel and they started threatening me via email that they will close my account. I sent them all the documents they asked for for identity verification and they declined them just because I'm jewish. Never again!

FAN Courier is absolutely the worst courier I have ever experienced! They are totally unreliable and almost never deliver in time. I am really not sure why Amazon.de switched to FAN for deliveries to Czech Republic. Once they did not even bother texting about the time of delivery. “Delivery attempt failed” when I am all day at home waiting for the package, having received no call by them.

All I wanted was 3 packs of Life Savers, I am an American living in Germany and went to Amazon.de to order lifesavers. I received a Amazon.de gift card from my friend for Christmas so I figured I would use it to purchased said lifesavers..yet when I tried to make the purchase I received this response from Amazon: "Your account is temporarily on hold. During this time, you won't be able to access your account, use any Prime benefits or gift card balance, or place orders. To regain access to your account, you will need to confirm details related to your payment method. We took this action because either the Amazon gift card or the Amazon gift card balance that you are using is in violation of our "Terms and Conditions"." In no way was in violation of these "Terms of Service". It does not appear that using a valid 14-digit voucher code for an Amazon.de gift card violates any of the listed terms of service for redemption. As long as the gift card was purchased legally and has not yet expired, it can be redeemed on the Admitted Websites for qualified products, and any remaining balance will be credited to the gift voucher account until the expiration date. It is also permitted to use multiple gift vouchers per order and combine them with one promotional voucher per order. Additionally, gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for further gift vouchers or Kindle subscriptions, and gift vouchers or their balances cannot be transferred to another Amazon.de customer account or paid out in cash. ***************************************** Now I give Amazon.de my terms: I will continue this battle for my lifesavers, and will stop at nothing. Not only do I want my Amazon account taken off hold, but I demand that the order be provided for free with postage paid.

I used Amazon until they blocked my account, and I sent them all the documents they wanted. They restored my account and then a few days later they blocked it again and I didn't even do anything! The support is so terrible, they sent me an email that my account would be restored in 1-2 days and as a result, more than a week has passed. I called them and not only did they not help me in any way, they hung up on me. I will never use amazon again in my life, it is the worst company and support staff!

Disaster, pure disaster. After years of excellent experience with this company not sure what happened recently. As many other say - 6 out of 7 orders not delivered (they contracted cheap but by far the worst carrier which do NOT deliver to customer addresses). Instead, they pretend they tried (say unsuccessfully) and place packages to their "pickup point" in different cities around refusing all requests for proper delivery. Amazon Customer Service is absolutely impotent, just apologizing all the time but unable to do literally anything with that arrogant carrier. No other way than to avoid ordering from them - never more. It´s a pity, but this is definitely the beginning of the end of another legend...

The worst ordering and delivery experience I've ever encountered. Usually Amazon is the quickest and simplest and I'm incredibly surprised how painful this experience has been. I ordered a pair of Ugg boots that were returned to sender for an unknown reason on 7th December. When I went to re-order the Ugg boots, they were out of stock. I was told a price match would be available for any similar item. I didn't mind if they didn't arrive in time for Christmas but I wanted to order a pair as a gift. I then re-ordered an item through a marketplace seller and was then told over the phone a price match wasn't possible because it's a marketplace item and not fulfilled by Amazon directly. The person over chat never specified this and the information over chat was incorrect. Please note the item I ordered was around 140 EUR more, so it was a massive price difference. The item was then marked delivered on 16th December, signed for by my partner but he wasn't in his apartment, so couldn't physically sign for the item. The marketplace seller then continued to insist my partner had signed for it but this was impossible. I opened an investigation with DHL myself also but never heard back due to the busy Christmas period and also asked the seller for coordinates but they couldn't provide me with this information. Amazon then opened a A-Z claim but this was rejected due to information not being provided - I have absolutely no idea what information additional I could have provided. My partner then spent his entire morning of 21st December looking for the parcel, where it was eventually found. Since this was amazon's mistake, we were told we'd be refunded the additional 5,03 EUR in postage, so we weren't out of pocket. The item was then returned this week and not only were we not refunded for the postage but we were also missing an additional 6 EUR for the refund. There doesn't seem to be any clear information why we weren't refunded in full. I will be deleting my Amazon account after this experience. I ordered directly from the UGG site and the same item was delivered within 24 hours for 120 EUR cheaper.

Amazon.de isn’t trustable, i bought a gate costs 385€ and it’s delivered with a lot of missing parts and i requested for refund and after several calls and emails during one month still amazon.de didn’t refund me and i didn’t get my money back!!! I advice everyone to not buy from Amazon they are really not trustable and their costumers service is useless!!!

Ordered 3 days ago goods on amazon in Germany. Paid with a Georgian bank card. When I try to find out the status of the order, the amazon.ge website shows that my account is blocked. The letter does not come to the mail, they just block it along with my payment. I'm trying to write to support - and well, they demand from me all the information about me, about the payment. I even send a payment order. 3 days pass, I try to see the history of my orders - there is nothing!! I'm trying to write to customer support and again they demand all the data about me and about the payment. Scoundrels, I already sent all this data 3 days ago! And when I try to contact you, the site tells me again that my account is blocked and I can’t even write to you and ask when you will send my goods and unblock my account! I have never seen such idiocy and disgusting attitude towards customers either in China, or in other Asia, or in the Caucasus, or in the countries of the 3rd world. Every day, Amazon and their bank use my money. Every day they receive a small percentage of the blocked money and prevent them from being unlocked. I will spread information about these rascals so that as many people as possible will know that they cannot be trusted!
