Ordered an item July 25th, not received. Checked online and Amazon advise to request refund and reorder. Cannot do either. System takes you in a complete circle. Link to carrier shows error message. Cannot find an email address and their ‘call me’ option does not seem to operate outside of Spain, I’m in a Portugal. Tried contacting supplier but system message = It’s despatched Amazon problem!
Deal regularly with Amazon.de and Amazon.co.uk and never had this problem.
