“Ordered an item July 25th, not received. Checked online and Amazon advise to request refund and reorder. Cannot do either. System takes you in a complete circle. Link to carrier shows error message. Cannot find an email address and their ‘call me’ option does not seem to operate outside of Spain, I’m in a Portugal. Tried contacting supplier but system message = It’s despatched Amazon problem!
Deal regularly with Amazon.de and Amazon.co.uk and never had this problem.”
“I purchased a cell phone worth more than €700 and received a wall mount for brooms at home.
I contacted Amazon to admit the error and instead of collecting the item, which they sent in error, and upon collection, delivering the correct item, they did not... They were going to collect this item and after receiving it it would take between 14 and 30 days to refund me. A week after the collection was not carried out, I contacted Amazon again with displeasure and they gave me a label to deliver the product to a collection point.
Up to 30 days for a refund plus the 7 days that pass without the carrier collecting it are then 5 weeks without my money and without the correct item. Anyway!
The worst of all is that on the day I deliver the product to the collection point, Amazon decides to block my account for having "violated the conditions".
I have no way of seeing the status of my return and refund because they blocked my account on that very day.
Amazon sends the wrong item of much lower value, doesn't exchange it immediately (it keeps my money for at least 5 weeks for its benefit) and even blocks my account. Nice way to admit a mistake!
The blocked account, for which I have already questioned the reason, always has a vague answer without indicating anything.
Everything leads me to believe that Amazon wants to keep my money because they block it for no apparent reason, they don't explain why exactly on the day I deliver the item to the return point and they still haven't given me my money as I've been without it for 12 days. But this is just the beginning, because if they give it back to me (a big IF) it will be another 30 days of waiting.
I would like to take this opportunity to tell Amazon to reduce the number of support employees because the responses are all the same, already predefined. You can place a Bot and the result of the service will be exactly the same. I've wondered if they read the customer's email or just read the subject of the email.”

Regalos que llegan rotos. Devoluciones que realizas y después de meses te acusan de no haber devuelto el producto y te amenazan con cobrartelo de nuevo. Regalos que no llegan con la nota de regalo. “Apos varias tentativas de resolver a situação com o customer serviço da Amazon , sou obrigado a reclamar pelo pessimo serviço.
Fiz uma.encomenda a Amazon de Espanha com varios produtos. Estes seriam entregues por uma destribuidora ao que dao o.nome de ASM.
Apos passar o prazo de entrega, contactei o apoio ao cliente da Amazon, e expliquei a situação. Disseram para eu aguardar mais 2 dias, e até dei outra morada mais convemiente para a distribuidora entregar a encomenda.
Passaram esses 2 dias, e nada de entrega da encomenda. Contacto novamente o apoio ao cliente da Amazon, explico mais uma vez a situação, e a sugestão foi eu pedir para cancelar esta encomenda e ser atribuido o reenbolso , e fazer uma.nova encomenda ,sendo esta segunda encomenda enviada por outra distribuidora.
No entanto nada do que foi dito pelo apoio ao cliente da Amazon se realizou. Verifico mais tarde que a segunda encomenda foi enviada pela mesma destribuidora ASM que nao entregou ainda a primeira encomenda. Entao resolvo novamente e de.imediato ligar para o apoio ao cliente da Amazon. Apos , desligarem varias vezes os telefones por nao conseguirem dar uma resposta concreta sobre a situaçao, à terceira vez alguem do apoio ao cliente da Amazon, diz que iria resolver a situaçao , efectuar o cancelamento das encomendas e devolverem o dinheiro na minha conta bancaria.
Pois é , ainda nao devolverem o dinheiro, uma vez que nem.cancelaram ainda o primeiro pedido que nunca foi entregue no prazo de entrega ou fora do prazo. Ou seja, a distribuidora fica com.a.encomenda nas instalacoes faz o.que quer e.lhe.apetece, e a.amazon nao se responsabiliza . Ate a data ainda nao recebi a devolucao do dinheiro por parte da Amazon, e a emcomenda de que ja nao quero e pedi para cancelarem continua no amazem da ASM que como alguem.ja referiu essa empresa é a GLS.
Amazon de espanha nunca mais , vou continuar a pedir o meu reenbolso a que tenho direito, e ao cancelamento oficial no site da amazon da encomenda que continua nos armazens da ASM , e qual Ja.não quero”
