Been an Amazon customer for years and never had a bad experience until now. Absolute shambles of a customer service. My return has not been processed or refunded and they are saying they won't help despite me having tracking!! An absolute joke.

Dois meses depois de iniciar o processo de devolução e reembolso de um produto defeituoso, o dinheiro ainda não foi creditado na minha conta. Fizeram a recolha do produto, garantiram-me em dois contactos via tlm que o dinheiro estaria na minha conta em 7 dias uteis e, no site da Amazon.es, o reembolso aparece como "concluído". Não respondem aos meus emails e a linha de "apoio ao cliente" está sempre fora de serviço... Definitivamente a pior experiência de comércio online por que já passei.

Últimamente todo sale mal con ellos. Regalos que llegan rotos. Devoluciones que realizas y después de meses te acusan de no haber devuelto el producto y te amenazan con cobrartelo de nuevo. Regalos que no llegan con la nota de regalo. Te ofrecen una compensación por producto roto y a continuación regatean ofreciéndote cada vez menos dinero...todo esto son ejemplos de diferentes compras! Además cuando intentas hablar con ellos es como si hablaras con una piedra, no parece que lean lo que les cuentas, te responden mensajes plantilla, muy frustrante. Yo usaba Amazon en muchas ocasiones para hacer regalos a personas que viven lejos, pero ya me he buscado otra opción. Amazon me hacer perder demasiado tiempo y energía.

Apos varias tentativas de resolver a situação com o customer serviço da Amazon , sou obrigado a reclamar pelo pessimo serviço. Fiz uma.encomenda a Amazon de Espanha com varios produtos. Estes seriam entregues por uma destribuidora ao que dao o.nome de ASM. Apos passar o prazo de entrega, contactei o apoio ao cliente da Amazon, e expliquei a situação. Disseram para eu aguardar mais 2 dias, e até dei outra morada mais convemiente para a distribuidora entregar a encomenda. Passaram esses 2 dias, e nada de entrega da encomenda. Contacto novamente o apoio ao cliente da Amazon, explico mais uma vez a situação, e a sugestão foi eu pedir para cancelar esta encomenda e ser atribuido o reenbolso , e fazer uma.nova encomenda ,sendo esta segunda encomenda enviada por outra distribuidora. No entanto nada do que foi dito pelo apoio ao cliente da Amazon se realizou. Verifico mais tarde que a segunda encomenda foi enviada pela mesma destribuidora ASM que nao entregou ainda a primeira encomenda. Entao resolvo novamente e de.imediato ligar para o apoio ao cliente da Amazon. Apos , desligarem varias vezes os telefones por nao conseguirem dar uma resposta concreta sobre a situaçao, à terceira vez alguem do apoio ao cliente da Amazon, diz que iria resolver a situaçao , efectuar o cancelamento das encomendas e devolverem o dinheiro na minha conta bancaria. Pois é , ainda nao devolverem o dinheiro, uma vez que nem.cancelaram ainda o primeiro pedido que nunca foi entregue no prazo de entrega ou fora do prazo. Ou seja, a distribuidora fica com.a.encomenda nas instalacoes faz o.que quer e.lhe.apetece, e a.amazon nao se responsabiliza . Ate a data ainda nao recebi a devolucao do dinheiro por parte da Amazon, e a emcomenda de que ja nao quero e pedi para cancelarem continua no amazem da ASM que como alguem.ja referiu essa empresa é a GLS. Amazon de espanha nunca mais , vou continuar a pedir o meu reenbolso a que tenho direito, e ao cancelamento oficial no site da amazon da encomenda que continua nos armazens da ASM , e qual Ja.não quero

The worst Amazon is Amazon Spain They totally disregard the client They use the worst carrier - Correos They are supposed to cover the Portuguese territory and they don’t speak Portuguese or English and they only have refund support for Spanish speaking customers More and more I’m leaving Amazon Spain behind

Terrible service. Sent product back and then three months later it was returned. Nobody answers the specific questions on emails. Promised phone call service does not take UK calls. You are not allowed to leave reviews criticising customer service. Appalling

I don’t often write bad reviews. Amazon es ask me for feedback on an item I recently purchased. They enquired if I has happy with my purchase. I gave 1 star as the goods had not arrived I got a telephone call asking me to remove my review in return for a cash payment. I refused to do so. Now they have rejected my feedback.

Amazon agreed to refund my order of one thousand euros into a gift card, instead of refunding my order to a bank account, because I no longer have acces to it. Instead of doing what they said they did the opposie. When i told amazon that they had to fix it or at least give me compensation they said nothing could be done, they told me not to use capital leters or else they would ban me and they sent a smiley face, knowing that i lost thousand euros because of their lies. They are horrible people, theives and liers and need to all go to jail!!!

Ive ordered two Items from GANT : Gant Brille Ga3143 091 54 Monturas de Gafas, Azul (Blau), 54.0 para Hombre + Gant Brille Ga3143 097 54 Monturas de Gafas, Plateado (Gunmetal), 54.0 para Hombre from EUROMEDITERRANEA to be delivered to my Address in Portugal, I was expecting on 29th Aug. I can't get in touch with AMAZON neither the customer service. I can't get them to reach me over the number Ive provided for delivery. Im still hanging on when the parcel will arrive. Its really messy to get Amazon services in Portugal, its down to CTT to provide a service they're not exceptionally able to provide. My last two orders request to be send to Portugal address from Amazon.es have been always caught up in the Portuguese delivery entanglements.

It has proved impossible to log into my account and I have now found others more customer friendly providers. Like a lot of commercial outlets in Spain Amazon.es seems to be utterly clueless about customer service. I spent a fruitless 20 minutes trying to login to my account because my password wasn't accepted (it was correct but this always happens) - normally they send a link to your email but they have now substituted this for a challenge involving identifying black silhouettes or sounds - neither of these appear to work, and the instruction are simply inadequate. They have obviously responded to the increase in account fraud by introducing more security and have farmed the task out to clueless 20 something IT geeks - the result is an unfriendly customer service mess and you cannot of course get hold of customer services for help. I've concluded that Amazon is now too large to function properly and have simply stopped using them.

I dont speak Spanish. I want to send an order to a friend who lives in Spain, from within Spain. I've chosen the item I want to buy. I want to use my Amazon gift balance account - but its not giving me the option to do so as far as I can see. Why not? Why is there no English version?

Couriers pretend to deliver, orders get lost, forever for refunds. Wrong items sent constantly. No customer service email support. Very poor. Third world country. You would think Amazon would be trying to keep customers happy in all locations. They will loose out in the long run as many people go elsewhere

I feel sorry for Amazon trying to operate in Spain,it must be a nightmare.Nothing works in this forth world country,The couriers are staggeringly pathetic, unfortunately both Spain and Portugal are stuck with these Muppets,Seur in particular.Ive given up using Amazon here.

REQUEST NUMBER 171-7823870-2063543 On 8th Feb I have made a purchase of a GoPro on the Amazon website (via spanish link) I paid 50€ and they promised to get the delivery on Feb 15th. On Feb 15th the product didn't arrive, so I contacted them on 16th and I spoke on chat with someone who promised me compensation if I wouldn't get my product until Feb 17th at midday So on Feb 17th at 12h10 I contacted them explaining that the product didn't arrive and someone promised the compensation as they could read on our chat conversation. So I received a call from another operator who informed me that would contact another team to expose my problem and get approval for the compensation. To my surprise, they DIDN'T approve the compensation saying that they are not responsible for delays in the deliveries. I had to be a bit rude and request to speak with management and I have remembered them that they should fulfill their promises. Then that operator put me on hold once again and he spoke again with his team. After waiting almost 10 minutes they approved a 5€ compensation for future purchases only with products supplied by amazon. This is a ridiculous offer for the time that I spent and I still don't have my order. They could offer 15 or 20€ for any future purchase on their website but they preferred to lose a customer. SHAME

Estive 20 dias à espera que fizessem o envio. Contactei 4 vezes. A primeira disseram que tinha havido um atraso mas que iam enviar. A segunda vez disseram que não sabia o que se passavam, mas que iam insistir para ser enviado. A terceira vez disseram que não havia transportadora para enviar para portugal e que teria de aguardar. A quarta vez disseram para cancelar, era mais fácil e comprar novamente. Contudo recusam-se a devolver o dinheiro na hora e a dar o crédito da difenreça do valor do produto. Comprei os produtos por 53 eur e agora estavam a 77, queriam que cancela-se e voltasse a comrpar pelo preço atual! É um absurdo!

Worst client support ever, they simple don’t reply to your inquiries until you start sending messages every single day. They don’t follow their own guidelines for delivery time, is usual to present one delivery date at the time of the checkout and another one after you pay the order so you don’t have a choice to upgrade de delivery option or simple quit. They don’t read the emails and often reply with a generic sample email instead which will be useless for you or your problem. They assume they are doing to you a big favor in replying to your emails even without solving the problems and very often come up with replies like “don’t bother to reply to this emails because never will happen then” or “if you don’t trust amazon is your problem and not our” which is the worst customer experience ever. Gabriel from Costa Rica is the one with the very honest (yet not professional) replies in the Amazon customer center. I’m in a middle of a process to get a refund from a order they deny to sent me because they change the price of he article and want me to pay the new price after I placed the order. Actually they do even worse all the time, once you put your products on the cart and move to checkout they increase the prices without telling you anything sos be aware of that and always compare the prices before and after checkout.
