I have Amazon accounts in Germany, France, UK, Ireland, & Spain. Irish & living in Portugal I have mainly been using Amazon.es in recent years and spent a lot as many items difficult to source elsewhere. A recent item was not delivered - MRW was courier - no attempt at delivery and impossible to contact. Supplier AQT for item ( Rainbird WiFi module) non contactable. Amazon.es refused after three weeks of many emails eventually denied payback - resorting to their A to Z guarantee saying I had not responded- a blatant untruth. I am closing this Amazon account and advise that Amazon España are woefully poor at client service in comparison to other Amazon outlets
