We entered a competition offered by Amazon. We won an apple I book , for which we paid 2.35 and were assured that was all we had to pay, as this was a promotion. Two days later they or you took 34.99 and then another 49.99. We have had to change our credit card, but the 34.99 has not been returned. We have not yet received the apple I book, which was won 6th Sept, on the same day we paid 2.35 How can you help us?

I was charged on May 14th for Prime which I did not order! Please reverse this charge. Thank you Barbara Nakaahiki I just saw this charge on my Amex billing.

I had an item that was not delivered. I rang Amazon on the 26/11 the first call I was transferred to someone who spoke english I did not have my order number. I had to ring back waited in the line again for someone who spoke english gave my order number and was told I hadn't ordered the item under the name Paul Brookman who is a relative but not me, I told that person it was not my account my name is simpson then no one spoke to me again I hung on for a while then I hung up. I rang again waited again for someone who spoke english and this time was asked a lot of security questions then a number was sent to my phone which I had to tell the person in the other line. After this my problem was sorted but all in all it cost me 38 84 euros. My complaint is that the item that was not delivered only cost 30.93 the phone calls were dearer also how on earth did I get missed up with my nieces husband.
