I had purchased a GNC product. Received a wrong product I.e.with different product code. Spoke to more than 4-5 agents. Finally I sent a mail to customer service with complete details along with pictures of the product. Amazon promptly refunded my amount.
Truly appreciate it. In my opinion this is one of the BEST customer experience. Keep up the good name.
