Pathetic customer service. Late delivery issue is handled very badly. Worst. It was a bday gift and they ruined the day. Since then everyday the customer service executive assured me that it will be delivered in 24 hours.

Extremely Poor Delivery Experience – Happened 5 Times in 6 Months This is becoming a pattern, not an exception. Whenever I place an order above ₹1000, the delivery agent rings once and immediately marks the order as “delivery attempt failed.” There is no callback option, no proper contact details, and no way to reach the delivery person from the order page. To resolve this, I’m forced to contact customer support using another unrelated order, just to request a call. Support always gives the same scripted response: “Your order will be delivered today, and we will call you in the evening to confirm.” That call never happens. The delivery never happens either. For the next 2–3 days, the exact same cycle repeats—fake delivery attempts, no callback, no communication—until I’m finally forced to cancel the order. This has happened 5 times in the last 6 months. At this point, it’s either a serious delivery system failure or complete negligence. Amazon used to be reliable. Now it feels like customers are expected to waste time chasing their own orders with zero accountability from delivery agents or support. Very disappointing experience. Needs urgent improvement.

Amazon prime member for 10 years. Ordered two products on 14th December, 1 product was despatched on 21st and the second product is still not despatched today is 23rd, I understand delivery date is 25th, if the product was ordered on 14 the seller can easily despatch the order by 16th, when I post review and says cannot post fact review about the seller. Very bad experience for prime members.

Mai amazon ki prime member hu lekin aj ek ajeeb problem face karna para hai mujhe maine ek kurta order Kiya tha jo payment kiya hua hai lekin wo mera tak delivered nehi hua hai lekin delivery marking kiya gaya hai. Jab maine customer care mai call kiya wo bhi mera help na kar ke ulta sidha samjha raha hai. Very disappointing.

I always used prepaid orders and every time i faced the delivery person not informing that they reached my location 1000 of times they just came and parcel throw it in the gate ,who is responsible for this immature behaviour who is responsible for this if my parcel would misplaced .they dont even bother what is the value of money. If the person did prepaid order they dont have responsibility to do one call for the information. Very bad worst experience ever .

Delivery delayed by 6 days,calling then from last 6days. Everytime they r raising ticket but not doing anything. Horrible experience, not sure if I'll get my parcel or not.

I didn't not receive 5 items out of 31 items. Why i received a refund for 1 when they all were delivered at the same date and time .Highly dissatisfied with customer service

The delivery driver was rude. Opened the package and stolen a product. The package had no damage. It appeared the package was deliberately opened and a product missing. This is the 5th time receiving a product with packages opened. When questioned the driver got don't give a damn attitude. This is stealing. Poor standard of delivering goods. Hope some action is taken. Stealing is a crime.

5 of my orders got cancelled. All the customer service team is saying that you got your money back. Why would someone order and their delivery is not made. Customer service team is worse. They do not answer our queries and they rudely quit the conversation. Seems Amazon.in is totally not trustable anymore.

Dear i recently order from Amazom the item was Wakefit Orthopaedic Memory Foam Mattress(75 * 42 * 6inch) and the Order ID: 408-6015139-6028303. The mattress is good and the outer cover was have holes, they only accept the full return and it will take more than a week to replace it, and it is very difficult to wait for that much days. I requested for only for replace the outer cover but they are agreed, so it is very difficult.

third class service ....intentionally they dont deliver goods..number of complaints from our customer.courier boys most cases does not like to deliver cod parcel.very poor.will prefer bluedart,dtdc,delhivery rto ratio is very low

I ordered the shampoo and mask, but it hasn't been delivered. They automatically canceled the delivery, and I'm still waiting for a refund. It's been a week. Also, they didn't provide me with a help desk to contact. Worst service!
