Very 3rd grade service my order# 408-9204180-6837118 their agent without visiting to me remarks that reciepent reject to accept. Better than amazon local shopping apps like meesho myntra etc. Are the best. Playstore doesnt have zero star option eighter i would have been given that for their 3rd class service.

I am a big Amazon customer but fed up of Amazon India policies when it comes to customer service. I ordered some mattresses which were still several days away from being delivered. However the price had significantly dropped since I ordered so I requested a refund for price delta and was informed that Amazon policy does not allow that. I asked them to cancel the order so I could order again at the reduced price and then later I find out that I will not receive the money till seller gets the product back. Absolutely ludicrous! Spoke with customer service and requested escalation which does not exist!t

Myself purchased a Larah by Borosil Dinnesrset on 30th June 2023 and they promised delivery on 1st July. As a it is a gift, to be used on 2nd July Morning. Amazon team changed the delivery schedule even after my 6 calls to customer care on 1st July 2023 evening, they changed the schedule and delivered the Item on 2nd July 2023 afternoon. As of a late delivery, it is unusable now, my self booked return and they picked the item on 3rd July. after that, my repeated chat and call to customer care, i didn't got the refund till date. On today, 21st July 2023 - there promised date of refund - I didn't got the refund or any assurance yet

customer service people are highly undertrained and dont tell you anything which you cant see on your own dashboard. Moreover, they blatantly lie, saying that the issue will be resolved. week later i realize my money is gone and everytime i have to explain the issue to a new uninformed person who tells me that he cant help. simply ridiculous. I have had exceptional service from amazon in the past.

Extremely poor refund service. First I get sent a wrong item. When I report the same the for a refund, the order is updated with a ref7nd complete notice a few days later but I did not receive a refund. I call the customer care and the guys says actually it will be a cheque that I will receive 3 weeks later which I will have to deposit in the bank!!! I wait and never receive the cheque. I call customer care again and this time a lady says the cheque is delayed but I have an option of canceling the cheque and receiving a refund in my Amazon pay balance. This process will again take 2 weeks. I said ok to that. The lady said she will call me and let me know when the process starts which never happened. I call the customer care again after 2weeks and the guy says the cheque was never canceled and he will raise the request again and I will receive my refund after 3 weeks!!!! This is a joke. Never buying anything again from Amazon unless I can't get it anywhere else.

Very very bad experience nd disappointed. One fraud call from your site makes me trust less on your company,will never purchase anything from this Amazon site.I lost my money by online fraud , I didn’t get how Amazon leaked my account information to those fraud people….😮😮😮😔very disappointed I close my Amazon account permanently

pathetic customer service. My name is Alvin Wallace I order a Product from Amazon and they said as per there "So called same day delivery" That it will be delivered but i waited for 7 PM evening Ist and they did not turned up, they came at 8.30 PM where no one was there and they did not even called up or say bothered to call u and say, sir, we are there what to do and then when ask the name, of the so called delivery boy, he did not wants to inform you that also. mr Abhishek, the grievance manager will not call you back, after saying, sir, i am personally look into this matter. They are pathetic customer service.

I am a regular customer of this service since 2015, my experience is very bad with this, specifically bad with delivery issues, I have always very disappointed with them because they never deliver my order, always they return the order for their own wish and send a message which says 【 the customer not available, customer refuse to receive, order had been cancelled by customer 】etc. There is no reason for me to keep this service further,

Absolute disgrace and useless. 1. Most of the time these agents cannot understand anything but Manglish and I, the customer, can't understand all the words they are saying if I don't speak likewise. I do understand some of what they say, but not all. As a result there is miscommunication. Now I see why many foreign companies stopped using Indian helpdesks. 2. Look elsewhere for courteous, polite service. Having lived in the U.S. most of my life, I am able to compare, and frankly it is pathetic! People hanging up on you or simply not responding in the middle of chats at their whims. Unprofessional and laughable.. it seems Amazon U.S. kicks out rude, useless agents while India thrives on them!😡 it is unthinkable how they can be a division of the Amazon we all know and love. 3. Incompetent. I phoned four times.to get an issue resolved and I was fed a lot of B.S. on the phone and online. There is no Facebook presence, either, as many other companies do where they are run by upper management, not peons. I am fed up. No longer buying anything from here. Amazon India is an irredeemable basket case. Shame on Bezos for hiring such people and not giving customers better value. Too bad Amazon India is not run by Elon Musk - there would be a lot of asses kicked.

Good luck reaching Indian Amazon. The chat option have few limited option, 90% chance it will not cover your issue. Same goes will "call me" option, good luck finding option cover your issue. Final nail in coffin is "try to post a negative review", Amazon will deliberately screw your account. So no one can post about fraud seller.

Worst ecperience with such a big firm... they show offers to attract people and then cancel the order with a fake reason..we have placed an order for bed where it was showing discount. We recieved a message stating order comfirmed successfully then suddenly next day when we try to track order it was disappeared..after contacting customer service they say order was cancelled due to payment isssue and the offer was also disappeared.. if the payment was not successful how did we get confirmation message... trying to trap people being such a big firm

I have booked order for about 8 items on March 1st. Ony one items was delivered. All the balance items they are showing as preparing for despatch for the last 20 days. This is the prepaid order and they have ensured that i do not cancel this order hence they keep it as Preparing for despatch. I called the Amazon support for more than three times and asked them to cancel and return the money back. They keep telling that they will cancel within 4 working days. Thy did not do it until today. How many Crores of Customer money will be rotated by Amazon like this, Just imagine this kind of scandalous money may run into billions for Amazon. The customer will lose all this money in case Amazon decide to close shop in India

I am not sure if what has transpired with me is due to the non existance of or total lack of, a vetting process by Amazon. So we got scammed by an online supplier (fraudster) however these scammers took full advantage of a company such as Amazon Shipping by using them as couriers and having them collect money on their behalf. I tried calling Amazon customer care a number of times and explaining to them about how I got robbed and how they were a part of it but it seems to me that they know very well what is happening. Hence I am assuming that somebody higher up is in on it as well. So my advise to all COD purchasers from Amazon Shipping is to ensure that you have got the contents of your package as requested/booked before you make the payment to your so called friendly Amazon delivery guy.

IT IS GREAT SHAME THAT SUCH A MULTI MILLION AMAZON COMPANY DELIERS GOODS ACCORDING TO THIER FANCY TIME AND DATE. DELIVERY BOYS USUALLY COME AROUND AFTER 6 PM EVENING. AND WE ARE WAITING FOR THE PARCEL TO COME. THEY ARE LEAST BOTHERED FOR ANYTHING. I REQUEST INDIAN GOVT TO GIVE LICENCE TO THOSE COMPANIES WHO DELIVER PROPMTLY AND THERE SHOULD BE TIME FRAME SAY 11 AM TO 3 PM OR 11 AM TO 4 PM. ATLEAST WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE WHOLE DAY.

I have been struggling to return my product for the last 1 week and no one is bothered in Amazon to look into the issue and resolve it for me though I am on customer care call for several days. Amazon service is gone worst ever I could imagine
