I have ordered Mustang 302 earbuds but my order is hold the reason is payment failed but my side payment paid successfully to Amazon i have reached out your customer care staff but they not resolved my issue & he has hold my call atleast 1 hours i have continued to Wait her response but they had continued hold my number i have reached out 3 members your customer care staff yet not resolved my issue I'm not going to shopping amazon next time for sure

I had a horrible experience today with Amazon India’s delivery service in Bangalore. Both my refrigerator and water purifier were scheduled for delivery today, and on the same day I had to face extremely unprofessional behavior from two different delivery partners. For the refrigerator, the rule is very clear: the delivery partner must call the customer at least 30 minutes before delivery. Instead, he called me only after reaching my location. I was not home at that moment, so I told him I’d arrive in 5 minutes — but by the time I reached, he had already left. On top of that, he was unnecessarily rude. For the water purifier, the delivery partner went to the wrong location and blamed me, saying I had provided the wrong delivery address. He even said he didn’t have time to talk further. When I contacted customer care, they confirmed my delivery address was absolutely correct. Clearly, the delivery person either didn’t bother to check properly or lacked basic knowledge of navigation. It is extremely irritating that for every delivery I am forced to call customer care to sort things out. While the customer care team is helpful, the delivery partners are careless, rude, and irresponsible. This kind of disgusting and frustrating behavior is unacceptable. If Amazon cannot ensure proper delivery etiquette and professionalism, then why should customers choose Amazon over other platforms? I strongly urge Amazon to take strict action against such delivery partners — because if this keeps happening, there is no reason left to stay loyal to Amazon. I request Amazon leadership and whoever is responsible for delivery operations to personally review this feedback and take immediate action. Customers cannot be expected to tolerate such repeated harassment. Please treat this review seriously — otherwise, Amazon risks losing the trust and loyalty of genuine customers like me.

For last month they are charging additional amount on groceries at the time of delivery. But in app it is not showing the additional amount but on delivery man Amazon it’s showing additional amount and they want to pay this amount only. This is a small scam which can be increased in a wide range shortly . Ther is no solution from customer care also as they are unable to find the issue for last month still they are asking time to check. I had called 3 times but didn’t get satisfactory answer.

I wish to bring to your attention an issue I have been facing with parcel deliveries to my residence. I reside in an apartment on the first floor. Recently, I have noticed that delivery personnel often insist that I come downstairs to collect my parcels, instead of delivering them to my doorstep as promised. This practice is inconsistent with Amazon’s stated commitment to provide delivery directly to the customer’s door. This creates particular inconvenience when I am not at home, as I may request a neighbour to collect the parcel on my behalf. It would be unreasonable to expect them to leave their unit and go downstairs to meet the delivery person. I kindly request that this matter be addressed and that delivery personnel be reminded to ensure parcels are delivered to my doorstep, in line with Amazon’s service standards.

I had ordered nike zoom vomero 5 shoes feom cocoblu by Amazon. I had ordered size 9 and received a damaged box of one shoe size 7and another size 8. It was Amazon fulfilled. I managed to return but didn't get any refund. The shoes were of rs 13700 which i lost as Amazon customer service didn't help me out with my issue

I have a very bad experience with many of my amazon deliveries. Many of them state that the item is delivered but I do not receive them. I have to then constantly be on the alert and follow up so that the item is delivered.

Amazon seller - Buy Craving- has picked up the item for reverse return and refund. That was 09/06/2025. Today being 18th July, I don’t have my refund and I have not heard from the seller.

We ordered External storage drive worth INR 9500, when we opened Amazon packing external storage drive was missing, when we raised complaint they rejected refund and their response very unprofessional and unethical.

Was a very loyal customer of Amazon Now the newly added marketplace fee of rs 5 per transaction has made me rethink of buying stuff off Amazon anymore Local shops are way better at this point Amazon shouldn’t be so greedy They are already charging the seller for displaying their products which is indirectly borne by the customer They are also charging membership fee from the buyer In addition to that, every transaction attracts a charge of Rs 5 On a single day I’ve paid 15 rs additional So imagine the amount I’ll be paying extra during the course of a year !!! How much more will they burden their customers ??????? After a while this fee too will be hiked as Amazon isn't going to be satisfied with the lakhs or even crores it makes out of this one additional charge.

When my cash withdrawal was denied and my account access suddenly restricted, I feared the worst. It's a common issue, and I understand why people lose faith in platforms. But thanks to Mrs. Mercy and her amazing support team, I was able to recover my funds and regain confidence in the process
