I didn't not receive 5 items out of 31 items. Why i received a refund for 1 when they all were delivered at the same date and time .Highly dissatisfied with customer service

The delivery driver was rude. Opened the package and stolen a product. The package had no damage. It appeared the package was deliberately opened and a product missing. This is the 5th time receiving a product with packages opened. When questioned the driver got don't give a damn attitude. This is stealing. Poor standard of delivering goods. Hope some action is taken. Stealing is a crime.

5 of my orders got cancelled. All the customer service team is saying that you got your money back. Why would someone order and their delivery is not made. Customer service team is worse. They do not answer our queries and they rudely quit the conversation. Seems Amazon.in is totally not trustable anymore.

third class service ....intentionally they dont deliver goods..number of complaints from our customer.courier boys most cases does not like to deliver cod parcel.very poor.will prefer bluedart,dtdc,delhivery rto ratio is very low

I ordered the shampoo and mask, but it hasn't been delivered. They automatically canceled the delivery, and I'm still waiting for a refund. It's been a week. Also, they didn't provide me with a help desk to contact. Worst service!

Fraud Fraud Fraud. 1st Delivery boy gave missed call or call n say I can't deliver the product than within 10 mins product shows delivered. than you have to call customer care they issue refund and the refund not received bt they show on app that refund successful. this occur two times to me and than i called multiple time customer care person got me on hold more than 6-7 mins and cut tha call every time. don't buy from this fraud company

Service Decline After 10+ Years of Trust I've been connected with Amazon for over a decade, but this year has been extremely disappointing. The first consignment I received was poorly packed — three items arrived wet, broken, and in torn packaging. On 27-09-25, I was notified that 11 items had been delivered, but several were missing and there was no proper delivery update. Today, another consignment was delivered with only 4 prepaid and 1 COD item, yet the confirmation email falsely claimed that 11 items were delivered. This pattern of inaccurate delivery reporting is unacceptable. What’s worse, the Amazon portal is confusing and lacks any clear option to report such unethical practices. I’ve written multiple emails to customer service, but no proper resolution has been provided. If these issues continue unchecked, I may be forced to escalate the matter to the consumer court. I hope Amazon takes this feedback seriously and restores the trust it once earned.

Extremely bad experience. Worst amongst the worst. Delivery does not happen on time. Orders gets cancelled randomly. Never trust their delivery dates if you need anything strictly on or before shown delivery date.

The worst harassment and pathetic service I have ever faced. Amazon completely failed to deliver my order on time, even after I clearly mentioned the urgency multiple times. They made me believe it would reach before I left India, but nothing was done. To make it worse, their careless representative cancelled my order without my consent and when I asked for escalation, she denied every possible solution I offered — delivering within 1 hour, refund with ₹1000 penalty, or shipping to my U.S. address. She even cut the call midway without resolving anything. This is how Amazon treats customers — with arrogance, zero accountability, and no respect. Absolutely ridiculous service and harassment. If they cannot fulfill basic commitments, they should stop misleading customers.

The product was to be delivered on 26 sep at saharanpur..no response so far..it was Rockwell mini fridge..is this the way to deal with a regular customer..ironically no response from anywhere... Prof Ramesh dutt Saharanpur

Not able to return it shows pickup and delivery address are different which is not true and when checked with customer care they are asking to delete all address and try again no support from them seriously wasted my half hour waiting for them to join and show there tantrums they are saying it's nothing in their hands neither they can support so what is actually support for???

I have ordered Mustang 302 earbuds but my order is hold the reason is payment failed but my side payment paid successfully to Amazon i have reached out your customer care staff but they not resolved my issue & he has hold my call atleast 1 hours i have continued to Wait her response but they had continued hold my number i have reached out 3 members your customer care staff yet not resolved my issue I'm not going to shopping amazon next time for sure

I had a horrible experience today with Amazon India’s delivery service in Bangalore. Both my refrigerator and water purifier were scheduled for delivery today, and on the same day I had to face extremely unprofessional behavior from two different delivery partners. For the refrigerator, the rule is very clear: the delivery partner must call the customer at least 30 minutes before delivery. Instead, he called me only after reaching my location. I was not home at that moment, so I told him I’d arrive in 5 minutes — but by the time I reached, he had already left. On top of that, he was unnecessarily rude. For the water purifier, the delivery partner went to the wrong location and blamed me, saying I had provided the wrong delivery address. He even said he didn’t have time to talk further. When I contacted customer care, they confirmed my delivery address was absolutely correct. Clearly, the delivery person either didn’t bother to check properly or lacked basic knowledge of navigation. It is extremely irritating that for every delivery I am forced to call customer care to sort things out. While the customer care team is helpful, the delivery partners are careless, rude, and irresponsible. This kind of disgusting and frustrating behavior is unacceptable. If Amazon cannot ensure proper delivery etiquette and professionalism, then why should customers choose Amazon over other platforms? I strongly urge Amazon to take strict action against such delivery partners — because if this keeps happening, there is no reason left to stay loyal to Amazon. I request Amazon leadership and whoever is responsible for delivery operations to personally review this feedback and take immediate action. Customers cannot be expected to tolerate such repeated harassment. Please treat this review seriously — otherwise, Amazon risks losing the trust and loyalty of genuine customers like me.

They send fake cod products and the customer service says we are not responsible for your loss. They cutoff phone in between.
