SELLER: ANANTAUM_TECNICOThis was supposed to be a HDD TECNICO 1TB. It was a cash on delivery. I received 2 rolls of chart paper as seen in the pictures. Good I opened the package and rejected the delivery. As it is a non returnable item. It took a long time to deliver & I am very disappointed with Amazon. This store should be fined & banned from Amazon.

For the past 3 days, I have been receiving messages stating that delivery was “attempted but no response from customer,” which is completely false. I was available at the delivery address at all times, and no one contacted me. Today, I received a call from the delivery executive, but the call got disconnected within 5 seconds. Immediately after that, I received another message again stating that delivery was attempted but there was no response from my side. I tried calling the delivery executive multiple times, but my calls were repeatedly rejected. When I called from another number, he answered and informed me that the “quality of the material is bad” and that he is returning it to the supplier. This is completely unacceptable, as it is not the delivery person’s responsibility to decide whether to deliver the product or not. I even informed him that I am willing to come and collect the parcel directly from the warehouse, but he refused and stated that since it has already been 3 days, the item must be returned today. When I requested him to deliver the package, he disconnected the call and blocked my number. On calling again from a different number, he behaved in a highly unprofessional manner, used abusive language, and even threatened me. Due to this extremely poor experience, I am now cancelling my other pending orders from Amazon as well. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I request immediate action against the delivery executive and ensure that my order is delivered without being returned.

Scam 1: Delivery Failure and Prime Subscription Promotion Following a missed call and three unacknowledged delivery attempts, a delivery agent initiated the return of my order rather than attempting redelivery or rescheduling. There was no direct communication provided beyond the initial missed call. Customer support initially confirmed redelivery for the subsequent day, as my inquiry was placed within two hours of the return request. However, on the following day, contrary to the previous assurance, I was informed that the item had already been returned to the seller, precluding any further intervention. Consequently, I proceeded to reorder the item immediately. During the checkout process, an Amazon Prime shipping option offered two-day delivery, whereas standard delivery was estimated to take an additional five to six days. I elected for the Prime option, and my reordered items are now being delivered promptly. This situation prompts speculation as to whether such tactics are designed to incentivize Prime membership acquisitions, particularly considering that the original items were likely at the same delivery station and could have been delivered with similar expediency, irrespective of membership status. Scam 2: "Pay on Delivery" Irregularities An additional charge is applied for "pay on delivery" services. Delivery agents consistently decline split payments (cash and UPI), citing a policy that mandates a single payment method. This practice is perplexing, given the supplementary fee for the service and the customer's prerogative to select payment methods. Furthermore, while I routinely utilize Amazon Pay for transactions and receive refunds from Zomato and Swiggy, Amazon's own delivery partners are reportedly unable to process comparable transactions on the same account, which appears inconsistent.

Extremely disappointing experience with Amazon. One of my recent orders was already mishandled by the delivery associate (I had to travel 5 km to collect it myself), and now another order is stuck in Guwahati for the last 3–4 days without any movement. This is unacceptable because delivery from Guwahati to my location normally takes hardly 1 day. There is no valid reason for such delays, and it clearly shows poor logistics management. Even worse, there is no proper option to cancel delayed orders, forcing customers to wait endlessly for items they no longer need. On top of that, the previous product I received was used and did not match the listing, and I was asked to go to the post office myself for return. Overall, this reflects a serious decline in service quality, delivery standards, and customer support. Completely unreliable and frustrating experience. Strongly not recommended.

I ordered an air fryer - which was faulty- called customer service around 50 times- was always assured that it will be replaced. No one came to get it. Never got the refund. Amazon India is a Complete fraud company .

Amazon had best service in one time but now it's service has gone down to level 0. They are not verifying the sellers properly. There are many FRAUD SELLERS in Amazon. Online Thagi karna pesa bana ke rakha hai. Now we can't trust Amazon and SHOP anymore in Amazon.

I am suffering for my returns for damage products since last 20 days Nobody is helping Sincerely. They sounds like robotics answer. They don't want to satisfy the customer. They are just pathetic.

The currier refuses to deliver and wanted to leave the package in a distant bar. As I insisted for the delivery to the real address, he marked the delivery as "refused by the recipient", which Is not thrue. I tryed to set a complaint by Amazon.in chat, buy the chat agent did not accept my complaint and only wrote to me a telephone number to call .. in the United States... :D Ridiculous. Pathetic customer service. Late delivery issue is handled very badly. Worst. It was a bday gift and they ruined the day. Since then everyday the customer service executive assured me that it will be delivered in 24 hours.

Extremely Poor Delivery Experience – Happened 5 Times in 6 Months This is becoming a pattern, not an exception. Whenever I place an order above ₹1000, the delivery agent rings once and immediately marks the order as “delivery attempt failed.” There is no callback option, no proper contact details, and no way to reach the delivery person from the order page. To resolve this, I’m forced to contact customer support using another unrelated order, just to request a call. Support always gives the same scripted response: “Your order will be delivered today, and we will call you in the evening to confirm.” That call never happens. The delivery never happens either. For the next 2–3 days, the exact same cycle repeats—fake delivery attempts, no callback, no communication—until I’m finally forced to cancel the order. This has happened 5 times in the last 6 months. At this point, it’s either a serious delivery system failure or complete negligence. Amazon used to be reliable. Now it feels like customers are expected to waste time chasing their own orders with zero accountability from delivery agents or support. Very disappointing experience. Needs urgent improvement.

Amazon prime member for 10 years. Ordered two products on 14th December, 1 product was despatched on 21st and the second product is still not despatched today is 23rd, I understand delivery date is 25th, if the product was ordered on 14 the seller can easily despatch the order by 16th, when I post review and says cannot post fact review about the seller. Very bad experience for prime members.
