I have a very bad experience with many of my amazon deliveries. Many of them state that the item is delivered but I do not receive them. I have to then constantly be on the alert and follow up so that the item is delivered.

Amazon seller - Buy Craving- has picked up the item for reverse return and refund. That was 09/06/2025. Today being 18th July, I don’t have my refund and I have not heard from the seller.

We ordered External storage drive worth INR 9500, when we opened Amazon packing external storage drive was missing, when we raised complaint they rejected refund and their response very unprofessional and unethical.

Was a very loyal customer of Amazon Now the newly added marketplace fee of rs 5 per transaction has made me rethink of buying stuff off Amazon anymore Local shops are way better at this point Amazon shouldn’t be so greedy They are already charging the seller for displaying their products which is indirectly borne by the customer They are also charging membership fee from the buyer In addition to that, every transaction attracts a charge of Rs 5 On a single day I’ve paid 15 rs additional So imagine the amount I’ll be paying extra during the course of a year !!! How much more will they burden their customers ??????? After a while this fee too will be hiked as Amazon isn't going to be satisfied with the lakhs or even crores it makes out of this one additional charge.

Amazon never delivered high value prepaid orders and this is my third time experience.They don't provide delivery agents number after calling 6 times Delivery agent gives you a missed call and marked that I was not available when I was waiting to collect the parcel till 9 pm. How can a global brand like Amazon keeps delivery time at 10 pm when the delivery address is of Office. Pathetic delivery services by Amazon

I had ordered bathroom accessories. On opening the box of the most expensive item in the order (toilet roll holder), to our utmost surprise, we found cheap soap cakes, instead of the ordered product. On complaining alongwith photo of the delivered product, a return was initiated and the product was picked up. However there was no reply from Amazon for a long time. Finally they said that the pickup got lost in transit and they are investigating the matter. It is nothing but coverup by Amazon warehouse staff, who are a party in this fraud ny packaging and seding a fake product. My suggestion to all gullible customers is one, to make a video while opening the package received from Amazon and two, make a video of the return process, if any. Amazon team is unresponsive and the matter remains unresolved till date.

I purchased the Joyalukkas 22k Yellow Gold Charm Bracelet for my daughter's birthday (Order ID: IQ17H4B365826Q4417), and I'm deeply disappointed with the overall experience. The Good The bracelet itself is well-crafted and has a nice, classic design. The 22k gold quality is evident, and it appears to be a durable piece of jewelry. The Bad Unfortunately, the issues I faced with this purchase far outweigh the positives. The main problems I encountered were: Unresponsive Seller: After receiving the item and finding it unsuitable, I initiated the return process as per Amazon's instructions. I provided the return address of Joyalukkas India Pvt Ltd and sent the item via Delhivery (AWB: 2827762441325). However, the seller refused to accept the parcel, despite my continuous efforts to reach out to them. Unfair A-Z Guarantee Claim: I then raised an A-Z Guarantee claim with Amazon, but the claim was unfairly closed, stating that I was unresponsive, even though I was actively following up. The tracking details clearly showed that the item was delivered, but the seller was uncooperative. Lack of Support from Amazon: As the marketplace platform, Amazon should have taken more ownership of this issue and helped resolve it, instead of repeatedly asking me to follow up with the unresponsive seller. The lack of support from both Amazon and the seller has left me without the item and without a refund, which is unacceptable. The Ugly The entire experience with this purchase (Order ID: IQ17H4B365826Q4417) has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected better service and support, especially from a reputable brand like Joyalukkas and a platform like Amazon. Unfortunately, this has left a sour taste, and I cannot recommend this product or the seller to anyone. I urge Amazon and Joyalukkas to investigate this issue and take appropriate actions to ensure that customers like myself receive a satisfactory resolution. Until then, I will be hesitant to purchase from either of them in the future.

I handed over the correct product to delivery person. However delivery person changed the product. hence i am not eligible for the refund. This is so pathetic product. If there is product change, its delivery person responsibility as he checked everything and collected from me.

I am an Amazon prime member from last few years in 2 countries (India $ US). I have placed an order on Amazon.in (order number: 407-7784428-8405169) which was rudely cancelled by courier man (maybe it is heavy). Then I ordered another item on 31 mar which suppose to receive by 2nd April. However it is not delivered yet and getting rescheduled on every day with new OTP. It is very frustrating especially for prime member, I think I wasted my money in prime membership.

I had a highly disappointing experience with a lady from Amazon's Specialist team today. Her approach was unhelpful, and at times, even rude, making the resolution process frustrating. Amazon seems to have little control over its vendors and the quality of products they deliver. Over the past six months, I have had to return multiple laptops and extended warranty purchased for the laptops due to various issues. This has caused unnecessary hassle and inconvenience. I ordered a laptop for one of our offices three times, returned it twice and the third order has been delivered with an unlicensed version of MS Office!!! I sincerely hope Amazon takes serious measures to improve vendor accountability and enhance customer experience. Thank you.

The item never reached to me. The delivery person always lied about that I’m not picking up the phone which is not true. I waited for the item and finally I have to ask for refund. Amazon said that the refund me my the refund hasn’t reach me yet since November. Amazon from India are Huge liar. They don’t even care about you. Few days ago I bought an item in eBay and ask for refund and the same was refunded me in less than two hours. That means is not my Bank problem but Amazon India problem. Perhaps I’ll never receive that amount. Amazon India you are unprofessional and liars. Give me my money back
