“Dear i recently order from Amazom the item was Wakefit Orthopaedic Memory Foam Mattress(75 * 42 * 6inch) and the Order ID: 408-6015139-6028303. The mattress is good and the outer cover was have holes, they only accept the full return and it will take more than a week to replace it, and it is very difficult to wait for that much days. I requested for only for replace the outer cover but they are agreed, so it is very difficult.”

“The delivery agent by themselves return the product without delivery and mark it as rejected by me without even calling me or my knowledge and amazon is not resolving it and let's the delivery agent go Scot free NO INTEGRITY”

“I have ordered the product and it has been 9 days and still my order has not arrived so my time is being wasted. my patience is over. if my order does not arrived on time I will have to take legal action against you.”

“Myself purchased a Larah by Borosil Dinnesrset on 30th June 2023 and they promised delivery on 1st July. As a it is a gift, to be used on 2nd July Morning. Amazon team changed the delivery schedule even after my 6 calls to customer care on 1st July 2023 evening, they changed the schedule and delivered the Item on 2nd July 2023 afternoon. As of a late delivery, it is unusable now, my self booked return and they picked the item on 3rd July. after that, my repeated chat and call to customer care, i didn't got the refund till date. On today, 21st July 2023 - there promised date of refund - I didn't got the refund or any assurance yet”

“IT IS GREAT SHAME THAT SUCH A MULTI MILLION AMAZON COMPANY DELIERS GOODS ACCORDING TO THIER FANCY TIME AND DATE. DELIVERY BOYS USUALLY COME AROUND AFTER 6 PM EVENING. AND WE ARE WAITING FOR THE PARCEL TO COME. THEY ARE LEAST BOTHERED FOR ANYTHING. I REQUEST INDIAN GOVT TO GIVE LICENCE TO THOSE COMPANIES WHO DELIVER PROPMTLY AND THERE SHOULD BE TIME FRAME SAY 11 AM TO 3 PM OR 11 AM TO 4 PM. ATLEAST WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE WHOLE DAY.”

“My Order(407-6873856-9173130) for Sony XB 23 is delibrately getting delayed just becaue I have not renewed the Prime membership. The item os dispatced from Tiruvallur to Coimbatore, Logically it should take just 1 or 2 days to reach me. But it is not yet been dispatced for delivery from CBE delivery center even though it reached there on Friday itself. Very Rude customer care too”

“Despite having been a customer of Amazon over 9 years, Amazon keeps sending verification messages. And SMS does not arrive. I cannot approve the notification and hence locked out. Cannot login from a PC or Mobile. Till a day before, I could at least login from App. That time, company sent notification of approval on app, not mobile. And app login approval notification was sent on mobile. At that time, I discussed with executives at a length. Today, I can sign in neither from PC nor mobile.”

“I'm concerned about two things which has become very frequent these days. The first is the Amazon delivery. It's getting worse. Most of the items I have received are either damaged or the packing is not at all secure (a plastic bag is what the item is delivered in without any protection). Many times I had to return/replace which is of great inconvenience. The second which I have noticed of lately is a bit surprising. Many of the products i have gone through shows favourable/good ratings. But as you open the page to see the product details and the reviews, do you notice that the reviews are not even corresponding to the related products but are for a totally different product. I request Amazon to please look into these matters as it's very misleading”

“The sales team is good with customer service but the technical team is very poor. 1.They don't care about customer's time slots. 2. They don't even bother to attend the inspection scheduled. 3. They give false reviews about customer's saying that the customer wanted to reschedule and not them.”

“I recently had a bad experience with Amazon and had to contact their customer service. Amazon which boasts itself as world's top customer centric company is actually providing pathetic customer service. Customer executives were misleading and provided false information about my order and it really frustrated me. I even wrote an email to Jeff Bezos as he has a public email id where customers can write their concerns directly to him. But to my surprise, this looks like a PR stunt as I got response from a customer executive who had no idea on how to deal with their customer. My issue never got resolved and I made a decision to cancel my prime subscription. Amazon.in will never be my first choice online store going forward. Enough of their "best" customer service.”
