“ORDER # 403-0611907-8440342 Order this on 17th August 2020. Still on the way. Wow Amazon India. Delay Delivery ka record hi tod diya... Aayega still on the way... Pata nahi kab aayega. Pathetic”

“Some items look good but not same when u get and for 10 items in an order you have 10 different delivery for every small item which is very difficult. Every morning u have a phone call asking to collect”

“Their product delivery is too long. I do not know why they have a customer service- it is useless. Lastly when you cancel anything, it takes so long to get the refund and sometimes it never show up on your card.”

“I have used Amazon in several countries. For the last two months I have been using Amazon for purchase and delivery in Noida, UP. Positives - (1) I get an email notification of delivery (2) I receive a phone call from the delivery agent (they are not allowed to come to my address and have to deliver at the gate to our sector) (3) no damaged deliveries Negative - **everything is delivered separately**. I get 2 to three SEPARATE deliveries from Amazon in one day. For a world leading logistics company this is absolutely pathetic. In 45C heat I have to trudge to the colony gate 3 times a day to collect my deliveries just because the ““logistics” company does not understand consolidation of delivery.”

“I never received my order. Got in contact with them and a few days after I received the item. Second time this has happened! I certainly don't trust the delivery guy that's for sure! Often throws my packages into the porch and runs literally!”

“Amazon really needs to knuckle down on sellers that don't sell genuine items. A prestigious company likes it's self really should be cable... I'm guessing they couldn't care less as money is money for them at the end of the day i suppose. However quite annoying when trying to make a purchase to only to find 15 replicas. Decent prices, generally, could be cheaper though considering eBay.”

“Amazon sells nearly everything. It is a very cheap and affordable place to shop. I PUT £100 INTO MY AMAZON ACCOUNT THEN THEY LOCKED IT SO NOW I HAVE LOST MY £100 SO BE AWARE DONT PUT YOUR CARD DETAILS INTO THIS SITE! terrible!”
