nowdays it is becoming a pattern for amazon without delivering thecoroduct but you will bget uodatebsaying that it has been delivered . Thrice it happened to me . When complaint lodged in app it will be say check with security with neighbouring countries . After that you will not get any feedback from Amazon . Money gone . Cheating . When asked axdelivery agent he said they are not getting paid . Therefore they sell the item and take their salary .

I had the worst delivery experience with Amazon. The delivery person asked me to pick up the package from the city, saying, 'We don’t deliver to villages. Either cancel the order or collect it from the city.' I have never experienced such an issue with Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Zepto, Big Basket, or any other service. This is the only one.

Worst service. My tracking id is 346701803190. They have been messaging me for two days that the product will be delivered today. And after 8 pm at night they show that they have not contacted me. This has been happening continuously for two days. This is worst service and there is no one to ask. ऐसी सर्विस देने वालों को इंडिया से बाहर कर देना चाहिए।

Amazon outsourced their services to Delhivery. It’s pathetic service. They don’t deliver good or deliver to wrong place. They will not pick up return so that Amazon can benefit. Stop buying from Amazon.

I have used Amazon services in India, the UAE, and the UK, and it’s clear that Amazon’s customer service depends heavily on the consumer protection laws in each country. Unfortunately, Amazon India (AmazonIn) provides the worst service, which seems linked to the weaker customer protection laws in India. Instead of improving delivery and customer support, AmazonIn focuses on manipulating its performance metrics (KPIs), often at the expense of customer satisfaction. Recently, I ordered a kids’ play pool for my toddler during a short vacation. The item reached a delivery hub just 5 kilometres from my house, in a suburban area, on a Friday. However, Friday deliveries are often marked as "customer unreachable," even when they aren’t. This tactic delays the delivery and allows Amazon to avoid immediate accountability. When I contacted Amazon, they refused to deliver the item from the nearby hub and instead offered to send a replacement from a hub over 1,000 kilometres away. Frustrated by the delay, I cancelled the order and chose a different product. The second item, which had a two-day Prime delivery promise, faced more issues. It was delayed at a main hub and then cancelled entirely before reaching the local hub. Amazon’s only solution was to send another replacement at their convenience, leaving me even more frustrated. These experiences show that Amazon*In focuses more on managing internal targets than solving customer problems. With no strong consumer protection laws in India, the company faces little accountability and continues to test customer patience and loyalty. Until stronger laws are introduced, customers in India will keep facing these issues.

Extremely disappointed with Amazon! The delivery agent was deceptive and misleading, and Amazon won’t even take responsibility or allow me to submit a formal complaint. Totally unprofessional service – never buy from Amazon if you don't want to waste your time and money.

Wrost experience I had an extremely frustrating experience with Amazon India. My order is now 6 days late, and when I contacted customer support, I was told to wait another 7 days, which seems ridiculous. Every time I reached out, I was given different answers and passed around to multiple representatives. One agent, Viswajeeth, made a false promise that my order would be delivered on Saturday, but it never arrived. Then, another representative, Ruchita, claimed that the product had been damaged, even though I’d been waiting for 15 days. This response is absurd and feels like harassment. It’s clear that Amazon India has a serious lack of customer service knowledge, with some agents not even understanding English properly. I feel like I’m being lied to, and I’m not the only one—many others must be going through the same frustrating experience. Now, after all this time, they’re offering a refund and claiming they don’t have my parcel. This entire situation has been incredibly disheartening. I would not recommend shopping on Amazon India based on this experience.

Ordered 6 bags and received only 1 , After following up with amazon customer case, no response with 15 days continuous follow up Worst services , with worst customer care , if they can't manage their supplier and delivery agents. and that to not able to understand why these companies don' take these matter seriously.

There is something seriously wrong with Amazon India and there delivery 🚚 process no issue in taking orders but when it comes to delivery they suck big time every freaking time first they delay the order and then they will give no update and after 3 days they’ll cancel the order and if you buy the product from a company on the same city still they can’t deliver and when you contact the company they say contact Amazon because they handle the delivery but then Amazon says contact the company maybe Amazon India should learn how delivery works from other Amazon countries

Amazon shipping stole 28 items from my parcel, my packet when shipped was 12 kgs, and only 4 kgs were delivered. tracking number 345855963231 The Amazon shipping people took 27 items from it and repacked my box. This is day light robbery from Amazon shipping.

Amazon is of no help to customers in context of return policies. They simply disown it saying the seller has initiated the refund through cheque but it might take more than 13 days for refund and they cannot help on it.Swati Jain

Extremely bad experience with amazon.in, delivered damaged trolley bag. And after continuous followup and being on phone with them every day,for almost a week today they are telling that they need to just file an investigation which will take four days. All these days I called, nobody thought of filing the investigation. I was promised that if the product was not picked up by the 14th of November, I would be issued an advance refund, but today when I talked with one of their leaders, they denied it in a very rude manner. I was visiting India for a short time and ordered the bags, now I am ready to go back but Amazon has failed to pick up the damaged product and also failed to refund me my money. Talking to the leadership and management team was an absolute waste of time. This is very sad that a company like Amazon is handling their customers so poorly. I am absolutely disappointed with their services and not sure once I leave India how I am going to get my money back for their damaged product. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE services and would not recommend amazon.in to anyone.

Impossible to reach customer service. Designed to tire you out. In the past month I have been cheated at least 10 times by their delivery agents but no action was taken. Today, two items were supposed to be delivered but only one was delivered without packing and the invoice torn. I asked about the other one and he said there is only one and sped away on his bike. Immediately I received a message that two items from my order have been delivered. When contacted, their answering machine insists that their records show that the item has been delivered. What an insult to the customer. Two days ago I received a message that my order could not be delivered because the recipient refused to accept it. After a great deal of effort I managed to contact Customer service and was told that the package had been damaged so they did not deliver. Then why put the blame on the customer. While such occurrences were rare earlier, now I am surprised when I receive an undamaged package. The claim that Prime members get same day delivery and make unrealistic delivery dates, which they are unable to fulfil and then their delivery agents make up such stories where the customer is blamed. At least they should make customer service easy to access. I used to be a regular customer but not now. Others are far better and deliver within 10 minutes without any damage.

Delivered items were came in totally damaged boxes and products were spilled all over in the box plus the seal was taken off and bleach was took off and filled with water. There is no smell of bleach.Same thing happened with Harpic.

Amazon send the damaged product and not picking up the return. They reschedule it 5 times in a month by saying pickup is not ready but truth is that product is always ready from 1st day of return generated in the end they said investigation declined but there is no reason why they are not picking up the refrigerator.
