You get only 7 days for replacing the product if its faulty. Better to buy the product in a store as claiming warranty is much easier Amazon was not helpful as i found the product was faulty on the 8th day they refused to help me out in this situation. I pleaded help as the phone was purchased for my parents, during the COVID it's risky for them to go to store to get it checked but they haven't had any empathy in this regard. Hence kindly request to read the warranty refunds and replacement instructions before purchasing any products on this double standard amazon platform.
