Buying becomes easy, with vast selection of products at good prices. Delivery and tracking is very accurate. Returns are also very convenient.
The drawbacks...
1. Getting in touch with a customer service executive for things not listed in the app is time consuming and frustrating.
2. So many reviews come up that products being sold through Amazon are fake. It is not clear to the customer what steps Amazon is taking to prevent such fraud
