Received the defective product, found few white spots on the screen. Requested Amazon for the replacement but they denied and initiated refund because of price were increased of the product while it's available with the same seller as fresh purchase. Looks like Amazon policy is not in favour of customer. Another interesting thing is that price of the same product is different for normal and business users. Its around 10% higher for business user. What kind of great benefits Amazon want to give to their business user?
