It's really frustrating to buy anything from Amazon. I had buy Ac and it was not working properly. One time they have returned and exchange but again the new AC showing me the same issue . I talked to one of the agent ( Chandra) was the name to the person. He was so annoying and unknowledgeable. He was saying that you have to pay our installation team only after that my Ac will work fine . Wtf ? I don't want anything installation from your side . Just return my product if it is not working properly. That's not your headache that who will install it or not . Seriously guys Amazon team is sick . I want my money back and take your shitty product back.
