I ordered a monitor, which came late as well as I booked return the item, but no one turn up to take the item, and still I haven't got my refund.
when I called Amazon, they told me that they can't give the refund unless the item has to return to their office.
last one week I m waiting for them to come and collect. If they didn't take return, is that my problem? how they can hold my refund, becoz they didn't take the item?
