I was one of those regular and loyal customers of Amazon. But recently services of Amazon has become pathetic
The delivery executives are so hopeless that they mark it as delivered without even delivering.
And some times they don't even read the address. Deliver to someone else and mark it as delivered.
Customer service also has become pathetic. Earlier Amazon used to sort out the issues immediately
These days they also do not do anything about their service.
It's probably time to switch to Flipkart
