I had placed an order of an air cooler on26th April, thereafter on29th april the delivery agent came at wrong location he was denying for doorstep delivery,so I went that location where he was stood,i request him for door step as the product was very heavy weight,then I called to customer for further support,but they also not able solve the issues as well as not that much supportive.
It very worst services,which providing by the Amazon,there no any control on delivery agent or their system,now I am very disappointed and cancelling my order
For 2nd delivery attempt got an msg on my mobile that they are unable to contact,but I didn't receive any phonecall or msg
